Cancellation Policy

We help families with their changing needs by offering flexible canceling and rescheduling. You can cancel or reschedule the booking up until 5 minutes before the start time. To cancel or reschedule, go to your confirmation email and select 'manage booking' button. You can also reply to the email and write to us to manually cancel or reschedule for you.
